You send your cards to us for grading. When we're done, we send them back — tracked, insured, and included in your grading fee.
When does turnaround start?
Processing begins once your submission has been received and logged at HAGS — not when you place your order, and not while your package is in transit to us.
You'll receive order confirmation when you checkout. When we receive your cards, we match them to your order and begin the grading process. See How Grading Works for the full journey from intake to return.
Turnaround time
Every submission is processed in the order it is received and logged. We work through the queue as efficiently as we can while maintaining the same grading standards and quality-control checks for every card.
Turnaround can vary depending on current submission volume. Your service tier — Bronze, Silver, or Gold — indicates the expected turnaround time for your submission; check the product description at checkout for the estimate that applies to your order.

Sending cards to HAGS
You send your cards to us. Pack them securely and post them to the address provided at checkout or in your order confirmation. Inbound shipping is arranged and paid for by you.

Return shipping
Once grading is complete, we send your cards back to you. Return shipping is included in your grading fee — there is no separate charge for getting your graded cards home.
Every return is sent using tracked and insured delivery. Graded cards are securely packaged before dispatch.
Tracking your submission
Sending cards to us: You post your cards to HAGS. Use tracked (and insured, where valuable) postage from your chosen carrier — you arrange and pay for inbound shipping.
While we grade: We process submissions in the order they are received and logged. We'll contact you if anything needs clarification.
We send your cards back: When grading is finished, we dispatch your cards to you on tracked, insured delivery. You'll receive dispatch confirmation and tracking details by email.
Important notes

- ✦ Turnaround may vary during periods of unusually high demand, public holidays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
- ✦ Delays caused by incomplete checkout information, ineligible items, or packaging that does not match your order may extend processing time.
